Last night sleepies

Last night wasn't all that horrid an experience as I thought. Dylan did wake up at 12 a.m. and cried (sort of) till 1 a.m. but then settled down till 4! Happy Day- really early day!

Looking forward to some Easter cheer on Sunday. Will be making my mom's coleslaw...yummy and always loved to keep her traditions alive since she's gone. We miss her.

I feel like I start all these posts with the word 'so' so.....here goes....I have had NO sleep, 0, zilch, nada. Dylan knows that I will come into his room the minute he makes a peep and guess what? He's right! Tonight's the night kids...I'm getting tough and will let him try to 'self-soothe'. I may need a pacifier too. Wish me luck.

So the new deal is Dylan is now making crazy noises potentially associated with not pooping as much. Nice right? The things we discuss have totally changed. It's all "normal" but we hope he's not in any pain. Still waking us up every 2-3 hours / night. Have to cut that out.

And p.s. he's the love of our lives....unbelievable.

So, first day blogging. I figured we could blog about Dylan since that's pretty much all we talk about these days.

Dylan James is 4.5 months old. He just got weighed in at 16 lbs and 27 inches- he was born November 5, 2007 and weighed 8lbs 13 ounces! He's a big boy! His new thing is doing "zerberts" not sure if that's a word but he's making funny sounds all the same.
